Where is the alternator fuse on a 2007 Saturn aura?

The 07 Saturn Aura does not have an alternator fuse, and technically it is a generator not an alternator. There is a large gauge wire from the generator to the starter, this is a fuseable link. Check for 12 vdc at the large terminal of the generator, if is missing check the terminal on the starter. If the starter has 12 vdc and the generator does not, the link is bad and must be replaced. DO NOT REPLACE the link with wire, a fuseable link must be used.

Where is the voltage regulator located on a 1995 Saturn dohc the starter battery and alternator all went at the same time you have replaced all 3 but it is still losing power any help please?

The voltage regulator for a 1995 Saturn SL2 is in the alternator. Check your charging voltage after the engine is started and has run a few minutes. Should be better than 14 to 15 volts at the battery terminals. Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Had a neighbor replace alternator, battery and starter and all he needed was a good connection to the battery, which I supplied. To load test the alternator, turn on the headlights on high beam, heater fan to top speed and the rear window defoger. Battery voltage should not drop more than 0.25 volts with the engine turning a little faster than idle. Hope this helps.

Your 1995 Saturn SC1 will not start If you pop start it it'll run fine The battery is good what else could cause this?

If the battery is good and the alternator is charging then most likely the starter/starter solenoid is bad. You can also check the battery cables to make sure they are properly grounded.

1997 Saturn will not start and you replaced the starter?

check the battery voltage, check battery cables, check ignition switch(where you turn the key), or check the crankshaft position sensor. cheers

You had the battery and starter replaced now your headlights do not work what could be the problem?

Interesting?? I had my starter and battery replaced on my 2002 Saturn VUE and within a few months my low beams ands daytime running lights went out. Dealer says the post in the fuse block is burnt and the entire block needs to be replaced at a cost of over $600.

Where is the starter located on a 2001 Saturn SL1?

The starter on a 2001 Saturn SL1 is located on the driver's side of the engine. It is just to the left and in front of the alternator/generator.

Battery light on 94 Saturn won't turn off?

That is typically caused by a faulty alternator. Have the alternator tested; the light is indicating that the alternator is not providing a charge to the battery.

Where is the starter fuse on a 1999 Saturn?

The starter does not have a fuse, it's wired directly to the battery.

2000 Saturn L series 2.2 liter Have replaced battery and alternator. Runs fine for a few days then battery light comes on and battery dies Is there something else you need to replace.?

Battery light usually means alternator not charging. Most common solutions would be be a bad alternator, bad connection, or loose alternator belt. If the battery and alt test ok than check the connections to the alt. You may also have a battery drain (something that is staying on and killing the battery)

1996 Saturn SL2 starting problem checked battery cables connections all good just replaced the starter when i turn the key to start all i get is one click from the starter any ideas y it wont start?

How do you replace a starter on a 2000 Saturn SL1 sedan 1.9l and how many bolts hold it on?

Remove the positive battery cable from your 2000 Saturn battery. Remove the cables from the front of the starter. Remove the three starter retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new starter.
