No there isn't any way of doing this.
I'm going to go with, save your profile picture from your MySpace (recommend go to my documents, pictures then save) and upload it on twitter by clicking profile (top right) then click add photo. Click browse and find where you saved the profile picture and then press save. hope this help :)

There is no way of knowing who visits your profile. If you are worried then you can protect your tweets.
Maybe a Good option would be to check if the person is a member of "facebook" or "twitter".
You mean your profile picture?? to do that: There will be a bold blue line at the top of ur screen, and it will read: Home Profile Account at the top right hand side. choose profile. Then it shall show how other see your profile. You will see your profile picture, or default picture. Under it View photos videos ect. Then Edit profile. Click edit profile. Then where you mouse was on the previous screen (top left and corner) There will be little tabs, go to profile picture. Click chose file, then browse, and find the desired picture! HOPE I HELPED!
First go to their profile. IN the URL bar, it should say userid=[user's id]. That's the ID. You can find your by clicking on profile, then clicking on view public profile. Then your ID should show.
