If you have the Gracidea Flower and have a Shaymin too, you can change its forme only at Day. It reverts back to its normal forme when it turns Night. Maybe you haven't reached the requirements for it to work:
- Somehow the Shaymin is missing or you traded away after you got the Flower.
- You tried to change Shaymin into the Sky forme only at Night.
