I applied and was granted a Peebles credit card on 11/07/11. I waited 3 weeks and did not receive my card so I called phone number on receipt and was told that they had wrong address, when I applied in store I gave them my mailing address of PO Box 42 Centreville, MD 21617 but they also needed my physical address so I gave that to them. Apparently they tried to send my card to the physical address which our post office will not recognize if we have a PO box. The representative on the phone noted that my mail had been returned so she took the right address and I paid the first month over the phone. I waited 3 more weeks and had to recall again and was told the same thing. I even went to the store to pay but they could not find me in the register. Now this is putting me further and further behind in my payments and if I make it over the phone I am charged $15 and I feel that it's not my fault that I do not get a card, statement or bill. Please help me. Nancy Morris PO Box 42 Centreville, MD 21617
Sure, but to have the card and not use it does NOT improve your credit rating. If you amass too many credit cards - even if you never use a single one of them - it decreases your credit rating because you have "too much available credit potential".
No unless the primary gives the secondary permission too
The way to apply for any credit card including a platinum credit card would be to go to the website and apply. You need a stable job and good credit too.
There are many good credit cards for balance transfer. For example, Visa credit card provides a good balance transfer service. American Express credit card does too.
Actually, it does. It uses the available credit you have so when that goes down the credit score does too.

If you waited until the coolant is brown you waited too long. Have the system professionally flushed at that point.
Yes. If you have developed trans trouble you waited to long.

The purpose of credit card programs is to add an incentive to keep using the credit card. Additionally, credit card companies will use credit card programs to make sure that customers pay on time and do not accumulate too much debt. If the customer abides by these rules, he or she will enjoy greater financial benefits.
