Different people have different natural cycles for excretion, and these cycles may change depending on your diet, your current health, and other factors. If you haven't suffered a dramatic loss of appetite and you're not having any discomfort, don't worry about it. if it goes on for more than a week, see a doctor, just to be on the safe side.
