You just filled your 2003sts up with gas and within 5 miles it started missing ck eng light came on scanned it cyl 5 misfire could this be bad gas it already had a half tank of gas before you filled i?

more than likely its not the gas, if it had bad gas it would most likely give a misfire on all cylinders, need to check things associated with that particular cylinder, plugs, coil, that sort of thing
