You just moved to a new high school half way through the year how do you break into groups and make friends?

Choice #1- At lunch, say "hey, can I sit here?" Don't do this to the popular table just yet. Do it to a group of normal looking people, not the nerds. Listen to what they're talking about, and start a conversation. Ask their names. Start hanging out with them after school and become good friends.
Choice #2- If you want to become popular: Wear cool makeup and the popular clothes to school. Act like an average popular would act. Only talk to people that you know are definitely popular. They will accept you into the group. If you act cool and don't talk to anyone, there is a 99.999999% chance you will become popular.

∙ 15y agookay..1st thing you need to do is find some people that are similar to you. Same style,age etc. then just make some conversation with them until you get comfortable trust me i was in the same situation. its easy to make more friends once you've been accepted by one member.

We usually will get bored because, we're used to being at school with our friends, and on Christmas break you don't have any friends to hang out with.
