Is it possible that you could be pregnant? Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period. Or, are you worried about anything? If so, the dizziness and nausea could be caused by that. If you get a negative pregnancy test or there is no way you could be pregnant and you are not worried about anything, go and see the doctor
