You kept taking the pill so you would miss your period but you ended up spotting for 3 weeks now your suppose to be on your period but you didn't start yet is this normal or could you be pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant. But you could be fine....
You may just have a weak (in strength) Pill and possibly have endometriosis (also fine and easy to manage).
Spotting is never a terrible thing, but do talk to your health professional. It might be a simple thing. Don't stress.

No it is not normal to have your period while pregnant. I have heard of some small spotting while pregnant but if you have your full period while you think you are pregnant, you thought wrong. You would not be pregnant.
