Okay well make sure the girl is single. because anyone who sees with her might get upset or crushed. and the best thing to do is get her alone somewhere and compliment her on what shes wearing, then maybe be a LITTLE funny, like a small talk or a joke. and then to top it off say do you want to hang out sometime? and if she says sure or yes or maybe then your very lucky and some advice: Do not say you love someone until your SURE because you might crush their heart or they might crush yours. remember to keep your chin up and move on if it doesn't' work. there's' other girls and love hurts sometimes so good luck with her! : )
