First off, raise the confidence level in your abilities. What's meant to be will be and when the day comes it will be perfect for you. Show this person your best qualities, make them laugh, tell them straight up how you feel. I feel your pain on this one because of a recent breakup with my girlfriend. My best advice to would be to either move on from this person and look to the future, or to sweep them off their feet.
