i have an ex girlfriend that wont stop calling me and its really starting to make me hate them alot so unless you want him to really hate you stop!!!!
but on a more personal note.
1. go to a good friend u can rely on, if you don't have one then talk to family.
2. try as hard as you can to let go, i promise time heals the pain so wait, but still try to let go
3. get back out there and find some one better i promise their out there u just have to look.
