The thing is, you cant really walk up to a person and say you love them. ( Unless you are dating them or something.) The best thing you can do is to invite them to go to group activites and grow a relationship as friends with them. There might be a chance that after spending enough time with them that you and that person will start going out on dates and things like that. So, you dont go up to them and tell them because they will feel really wierd and probably wont talk to you ever again. Oh ya, and if say hi to you, that dosent mean that they love you. And if you want to pick up someone you lost me on that. OY
