Perhaps there is more to the situation than you are able to see. Something may be on her mind and she is not able to see your point of view beyond her own thoughts. Having a third opinion, mediator if you will may help. Sounds to me like it is just a gap in your communication.
On the other hand, if you are truly looking for an exit point in the relationship, it wont matter much if you break up over this situation or another. If you are not happy for any reason, (Say you just want to be on your own, don't want a commitment, etc.) the relationship will eventually end. Best way to get to the bottom of this is to be honest with yourself and each other.
