Firstly, you have to have the National Dex, which you obviously have since you can already migrate them. Next, go to Sandgem Town, and head through the exit south until you reach a watery area. Surf across and head east all the way until you reach a building. This is the Pal Park. You can catch them here, similar to the Safari Park (Great Marsh), you will be given 6 park balls to 're-capture' them. Although, they are a 100% capture rate. Also the Pokemon appear in different areas of the Pal Park; Field, Forest, Mountain, Pond and Sea, check serebii.net for the specific places.
It is impossible to transfer back Pokemon you migrated from emerald, ruby, sapphire, fire red, leaf green etc... to Pokemon diamond/pearl.
Migrated Pokemon are the ones you can catch at Pal Park after you transfer them from FireRed, LeafGreen, Emerald, Ruby or Sapphire games for the GBA.
You have to migrate it from a GameBoy Pokemon game. I migrated mine from my Emerald version. In Emerald, you find them in the back of the Fossil Maniac's house. Hope I've helped! .:Funkeheap15>.<:.
You can't get it anywhere in-game. You must get it from the Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald versions.
You can only get a Charmander or any of the Kanto starters from Pokemon Leafgreen and Firered version. You will have to trade these pokemons into your Ruby, Sapphire ,Emerald, Diamond ,Pearl ,Plantimun, Heartgold and Soulsilver.
that makes no sense
no, pearl is for ds, emerald is for gameboy advance.
you can't unless you migrated from emerald to heartgold or diamond or soulsilver or pearl or platinum onto black or white or action replay or game shark
well the both have kind of pokemons so some pokemons are easier to find in diamond and some in pearl so they have the same number
cindaquil must be migrated from emerald version... in emerald, once you catch all the pokemon, the professor offers you one of three pokemon... you may pick from the johto starters (cindaquil, chikorita, and totodile)
with your pokemons
