A bad workman always blames his tools (it is not the tools, but how they are employed)
origin of proverb a bad carpenter always blames his tools
I/you/we/they blame. He/she/it blames. The present participle is blaming.
i know how... why? If you know its misplaced and you know where you hid it and you know that the person that sold the item blames someone you could say "you freaking retard i hate you so much why the heck would you hide the thing then sell it, you idiot my friend bought it and gave it back to me and told me you stole it just to get money. (so and so)" and then the person will be happy as a tuna on a salad roll.
If you do, you may be blaming him for something he has no control over. Remember that the next time someone blames you for something that you have no control over.
He blames you for his fate.
