I'm not familiar with FL, but no. not always. the biggest problem with motorcycles is they are so small and they are moving at a tremendous amount of speed. this causes the motorcycle to cover a lot of ground in a very short time. Because of this they are hard to judge how much room you have. They will sometimes get lost in your blind spot of your mirror. Before crossing an intersection where a motorcycle is approaching take a second look. If changing lanes where a motorcycle could be, always look over your shoulder and use your mirrors. Proceed with caution and give yourself time to understand the situation.
