Tell yourself over and over that he is a good friend and that is all for now and just be open to other relationships. Just try not to think about him/her that way.

If he is a friend to you with benefits, then he is cheating on her with you. Since you have integrity, you will not let that continue, despite your feelings. Give yourself time and take up other interests so that you can have an open heart to someone who is ready to be only with you.
