You really like this guy and he likes you were not together but little things he does makes you cry and you get so jealous if he hangs out with other girls or even talks to them is that normal?

You're infatuated. That's normal of infatuation. But, if little things he does make you cry, that's not normal. That may just be because you're so attached to him and you have such high expectations that he lets you down so easily. Lower your expectations of him and he won't make you cry as much.
