You recently changed my fuel injection regulator due to breaking it but now car runs like it isn't getting enough gas really rough no power what is causing this Ford Contour 2000?

I had the same problem with a 98 contour, It was the fuel pressure regulator.

You have to take the door trim pad off and see if there is voltage at the motor but more than likely, the motor is bad.
