have you tryed testing the ht leads? use an ohm meter or a multi-meter set to ohms, if it reads 1 on lead 6 its prbably broken :D

It could have, Just count the spark plugs. 4 plugs= 4 cylinder 6 plugs= 6 cylinder 8 plugs= 8 cylinder
CHECK WIRE
The coolant temp sensor is located between number 3 & 5 spark plugs on the drivers side cylinder head.
When you replaced the plugs, did you check the compression? Did any of the plugs look different than the others? Low compression in one cylinder can cause misfiring. But then, so can a faulty distributor cap.
There are to freeze plugs in the back of your 1996 Chevrolet blazer. There is a freeze plug on each side of the vehicle.

This is a Honda only code which means you have a random cylinder misfire. If you have not replaced the Spark Plugs & Wires, do so now. Use OEM spark plugs.
It always has the same number of spark plugs as it has cylinders. If it a 6 cylinder it has 6 plugs. If it's an 8 cylinder it has 8 plugs. If it's a 4 cylinder it has 4 plugs. Toyota doesn't make a 4 cylinder 4Runner.
