check your air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires, and O2 sensor. it is probably one of them.
A cylinder misfiring can cause this sympton, check/replace spark plugs and plug wires. Also, sputtering and shaking can be caused by engine timing, have the timing checked. Another cause can be fouled fuel injectors on fuel injected vehicles.
If a car is sputtering at high RPMs, the fuel pressure needs to be checked. If the fuel pump can't keep up, this will cause sputtering. Also, the car should be checked to make sure the valves are adjusted properly.
Go somewhere and have your timing checked.
Have you checked the steering wheel?
Have it checked for codes. That should give you a starting point for diagnostics.
Try changing the spark plugs and have the timing checked.
It has to be checked out and find out what is wrong with it.
You should have your rotors checked and possibly turned or replaced as necessary You should have your rotors checked and possibly turned or replaced as necessary
check for power at the fuel pump assy wire plug on top or near fuel tank check fuses I'd guess if all the wiring checked out that the fuel pump itself was bad
If cylinder 3 on a Ford Explorer is misfiring, it might be possible to fix it by changing the coil pack for that cylinder. The spark plug might also need to be taken out and re-gapped or replaced. If neither of these options work, the spark plug wire can be checked.
The timing or crankcase sensor needs to be checked and most likely replaced.
Have you checked for fuel and spark? Fuel pumps ad burnt ignition rotors are very commen on these vehicles
