You replaced the reeds on a 1987 kawasaki 250 and wont start will wrong fuel mixture keep it from starting also you think something is wrong with the clutch when you put it in 1st and hold the clutch?

it shouldnt, the fuel mix is prolly 32:1 and if it dont start check the spark and after that check ur air filter finally if it still dont start then its ur carb and i dont understand what u mean about the cutch
