Your total score is 1230/2400 or 800/1600. The average is about 1500/2400 so it definitely would not hurt to retake it after doing some more studying. There are some colleges who do not require you to submit your SAT scores if you'd like to look into those.
Two peices of advice:
1.) Maybe look into taking the ACT test. There is reading, math and science (but the science is basic science and analyzing graphs). In my opinion the ACT is easier than the SAT because the questions are straighforward, and the only thing you would have to work on a bit more is time management because it's different than the SAT sections. The ACT also has an optional writing portion that you do not have to take.
2.) If anyone tells you that you are useless because of your scores, they are wrong. Colleges do not look at SAT scores as the most important factor of your admission unless you plan on going into places like Harvard, Yale, or other scholastically competitive schools. Just try taking the test again, buy the book from College Board to help you study and good luck to you! I also got a low score and I am taking the ACT and SAT in April and May.
its ====>Interpret the reading
Doing a lot of reading in general should help, so you might start by reading books that you find fun to read. But in general, if you want to improve your writing skills, you need to actually PRACTICE WRITING, not just reading.
It is proof-reading.
No. A different player may be elected to retake a penalty kick. An exception would be penalty kicks from the mark (after overtimes). No kicker may repeat until all his teammates have already kicked that round.
Law reading is a very important skill for all attorneys. Being able to read and then interpret the law is a fundamental skill. You should strive for no less than a "B+" in law reading. Any lower, and it would be recommended you retake it.
The audience is who will be reading your work that you should try to reach in your writing. An audience is different depending on who you are trying to reach.
Reading Righting Rithmatic It should be Reading, Writing and Arithmetic, but I suppose it was meant to be ironic.
When writing about reading in a composition, focus on the impact that reading has had on you or others. Describe how reading has influenced your thoughts, emotions, or perspectives. Use specific examples or anecdotes to illustrate the power of reading in your life.

I excel in math and reading (I am very good at math and reading)
Good students should be able to do well both at math and essay writing. If you are having trouble with essay writing, you should do more reading. Everything that you read has something to teach you about writing.
Reading Writing Breathing Speaking Etc. common sense.
