Warrants never expire. They exist until canceled by the judge. And you will probably be arrested if stopped in Louisiana.
Your question is a bit confusing. Obviously, if there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest, you can be arrested. Whether you are trying to get a Florida ID card or not would seem to make very little difference.
How do you clear a warrant up in state of Florida and Georgia
Don't understand the question. What do you mean by a "third party residence?"
A court warrant is valid until the warrant is served or the conditions requiring the warrant are satisfied. The warrant is valid indefinitely until these things occur.
Possibly.
If NC has entered the warrant into the interstate law enforcement system, yes, FL can serve the warrant - take you into custody - and hold you for extradition to NC.
Yes. Fi the Florida authorities have knowledge of a warrant for your arrest they can arrest your and hold you for Indiana to extradite you (if Indiana wishes to do so).
for felony yes misdemeanor no

Of coarse
Arrest warrants in Florida do not expire. Once the warrant is issued, it is valid until you are caught unless the court dismisses it.
