You took your silverado 01 6cyl to auto zone and they told you that the check engine was due to oxygen sensor. You changed it an it still does the same thing what could be wrong?

Your ECU has to be reset with a diagnostic computer. not just a code reader. The ECU does not know that the new 02 sensor has been installed.
