There is no way to answer these probation violation questions! No one can tell what is in the mind of the sentencing judge. The WORST that you can expect is that you will be remanded to jail to serve the remainder of your sentence.

How much jail time do you get if you are violated for not having an address?

Generally, violation of probation is not a crime per se.But it does have an impact on your final sentence if your probation is revoked. The maximum jail or prison time is what you would receive for the underlying offense.

How much jail time for a probation violation in Idaho for a failure to appear and a possession charge. The last time that he was in court they just gave him probation and that was it.?

There is no standard answer to this question - it is entirely up to the discretion of the sentencing judge whose probation order was violated. It could be anything from a slap on the wrist to being sentenced to finish the unexpired remainder of the sentence in jail. If the individual has already violated their probation on a previous occasion, they may not get away so easy a second time.

What will happen if you violate curfew on felony probation in Georgia?

It all depends on your probation officer you could either be violated and taken in to jail or given a consequence like having to do community service for X amount of hours or a number of things it really all depends on your probation officer if you have a good relationship with your probation officer and have not messed up much then more than likely you will just be told to not do it again I have been on probation for 2 years and this is typically what I've seen

How much time will you serve if you violated a restraining order if i am already on felony probation?

If charged with a new crime while already on felony probation the likliehood is 100% that you will be 'violated' and returned to jail/prison, not only to serve the remainder of your sentence while incarcerated, but also to await prosecution for the new offense.

How much jail time do you get for not doing community service?

If you have been ordered by a judge to community service as a condition of probation or a suspended sentence your probation can be violated by your probation officer. In turn if you do not do your community service you are looking at jail time.In most cases you can do 30 days in your county jail but can get as little as 10 days or more time to do community service/pay fines depends on your record and if they hade to bring you to court by local p.d.

How much jail time could you get if an arrest warrant is issued because of a DUI and drug-related probation violation?

That depends upon the laws of the state in which the incident occurred, prior criminal convictions and so forth. The sentence that was imposed an then suspended relating to the terms of probation will have to be served now that the probation has been violated.

How much jail time will you do for revoking probation on 8 months?

In theory, you could serve probation to the very last day and still be in violation of such probation and end up in jail/prison. And the courts generally don't give credit for the probation time you've served.
