i don't know maybe some goldfish and a nice Betta not an aggressive 1! hmm some guppy's ? oh oh and some koi i know! also some shibumkins
Bettas are. Goldfish really should have an aquarium if you want them to live.
either get a normal gold fish or preferably a fantail goldfish
Show your mom that you are responsible enough for a fish. Do some extra chores around the house and take care of maybe a plant. Also you should do some research on the type of fish you want to buy. Maybe then your mom will allow you to have a fish
Your diet should be comprised of fresh, organic produce. You should eat a mostly vegetarian diet, but can incorporate some fish, if you want to feel your best.
If you want an active fish that moves around a lot then a Betta is not for you.
Aquarium decorations should serve two purposes. It should be aesthetically pleasing to you and functional for the fish. Certain types of fish need certain types of cover and hides. If breeding is a concern it can get even more in depth as some will only lay on plants some on wood, some on slate, some in caves, etc.. Your best bet is to study the fish you have or want and try and replicate its natural habitat as best you can.
yes yes it depend if you fish to much because the pther animals which survive on fish should at least get some fish can survive on their fish diet yes yes it depend if you fish to much because the pther animals which survive on fish should at least get some fish can survive on their fish diet
You will probable want to get a freshwater aquarium first. And the bigger the tank, the better. I promise. you'll want to start out with at leased a 24 gal. first. get the biggest one you can. Also make sure that you get community fish, not aggressive, or semi-aggressive. It will also depend on if you have soft water, or hard water. If you have soft water, a good fish is a Rosy Barb, or Barbus conchonius, if you want them to breed, if you don't, get some Scissortail Rasboras. If you have hard water and you want them to breed get some Boesman's Rainbow fish (keep in groups), and if you don't want them to breed, get some Red Rainbowfish. You should always have at leased 2-3 fish of each kind of fish you have in your tank. Some fish are shoaling, that means you should keep them in groups of 6 or more, like the Boesman's rainbowfish, or the red Rainbowfish (but for those you could have only 3 if nessesary). You should have 1 in. of fish per U.S. gallon, not including the tail, and for cleanerfish you could have 2 in. of fish per gallon, unless they get over 1', then 1 in. of fish per gal. But the max. you should have in a tank is 1 in. below the gallon, like you can't have 29 in. of fish in a 29 gal. tank. You should always research each species BEFORE you buy it, i have just skimmed over the breefs. Just ask you local pet dealer like PetCo., or PetsMart. They will help you get everything you need, and ask lots as many questions as you can, and if you have any more, call them. They should be able to help you, ask for someone in aquatics.
it depends. for most fish it should be pH7-pH8 but some species like it at pH6
fish are studuied becuase they affect thier eco-systems. Also, people are corious. Some people are corious about fish and want to find out more. Then again, some people like fish and want to help them, or just want to find out more. You can't help something or someone unless you know more about them.
You should see a counselor.
a fish tank size would depend on the size or how many fish you want to put in or if its tropical the tank would have to be measured and remember to get the water tested you don't want to kill the fishs
