How to lose 7 kg in 2 weeks
11 kg per 3 week
Sorry, you would not be able to lose a significant amount of weight in one week, it has been proven unhealthy to lose much more than half a kilogram in a week (that's if you are an ideal weight already) but for an overweight person who has tens of kilos to lose they may be able to lose 1 or 2 kg in a week, but if they are fat, that wouldn't make much of a difference, It takes time! Good luck xxx
Weight loss is a finicky thing. No two people will lose weight at the same rate. That being said it takes approximately ninety minutes of running to lose 1 kg.
If you are 36 and your weight is 82 kg, the weight you want to lose depends on many factors. Some factors are your height and metabolism.
First off, i doubt if you really need to lose any at all. Check where you're at in a BMI chart before proceeding. But if you insist, that's a bit more than 10% of your body weight, and that should disappear fairly unnoticed. But losing 1.5 kg/week for someone who is 55 kg is HUGE. You'd have to use a CRAZY strict diet to pull that off. At the very least, give yourself more time. Even 0.5 kg/week would be OK.
A good friend of mine are receiving an acupuncture and she lose 2 kg in one month.
Losing 50 kg of body weight from a starting weight of 72 kg would not be healthy or advisable. A more reasonable and sustainable approach would be to set a gradual weight loss goal, such as aiming to lose 0.5-1 kg per week through a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise. It would also be important to consult with a healthcare professional to create a safe and personalized weight loss plan.
you will probably get very sick, as the toast has little nutritional value. however, saying that, eating a pice of toast may make you lose weight. but in the long run, it will cause you to gain weight, a result from malnutrition. in a week nothing will change noticeably, but you may lose up to 5 kg. however, please do not live on this. it isn't a diet! this is a bad idea!
