Asking someone questions
Disability discrimination is when someone discriminates against someone else because of a disability they have.
Genetics may influence certain traits or predispositions that could potentially contribute to discrimination. However, discrimination is largely a learned behavior influenced by social, cultural, and environmental factors. It is important to recognize and address these influences to combat discrimination effectively.
Assuming you are interviewing someone for a job, you will have read their CV.Ask them to expand on the things in the CV which are relevant to the position applied for, how they achieved the goals they had and what obstacles they had to overcome. As with all things, true success comes at a price, it takes an effort. You need to see what effort was made.
yes
Not employing someone purely because they have a disability is discrimination.
Well, for an interview you should write down questions to ask whoever you are interviewing. Since the interview is about birthdays, some questions you could ask people are things like the following: What is the earliest birthday you remember? What is your favorite birthday you have had so far in your life? Do you like birthday in general? Why or why not? What is the worst birthday that you've had? What is the best thing that you've ever done for someone else for their birthday? ... if you have other ideas, go for it. The idea is to interview people about that subject and then write down their answers. :)
How to interview someone is quite easy like just ask"what are your hobbies,or what did you use to work as?"
