Im 12 and I have been with my boyfriend for 2 weeks. We haven't held hands yet or kissed but we have hugged in private.
It's entirely your choice. I think is ok for a 12 year old to be in a relationship, as I am.
If anyone says that it isn't right for you to do so, ignore them. It's your life and you make choices.
