There are a few things that might make a three year old cry when she is going home. If she has to leave the people she wants to play with, she might begin crying because she doesn't want to go home.

There is nothing they can do. A 16-year-old is a minor and therefore under the control and authority of her parents. The fact that she had a child is irrelevant, because having a child *does not* emancipate a person. If she leaves home without her parents

Legally, parents cannot force an 18-year-old to leave home if they are still a minor. However, once the child turns 18, they are considered an adult and can choose to leave voluntarily or be asked to leave by their parents.

If the 12 year old was very mature and able to easily control younger people , possibly. -But almost certainly illegal in local laws.
If you live in the US, you don't have the right to do it, unless you've been legally emancipated. Emancipation is RARELY granted in any state.

You need to get a a judge to let you leave by court order.
