Check the ECM Electronic Control Module, under the distributor cap

there is a clicking noise when I start engine starts no problem just curious of the clicking noist

P0128 says the engine isn't warming up to proper specs. Start with replacing the thermostat.

Replace the engine coolant temp sensor.
It cuts off the engine while you start it up.

There are literally hundreds of reasons why vehicles will not start. You have not given us ANY facts to go on.
When was the last time the ign. wires were changed?
