check your coolant levels and radiator if they are ok make sure it doesn't have a blown head gasket which are very common with these years of the Acura legend..
A bypass solenoid valve speeds up the warm up phase of an engine, and a faster temperature rise in the passenger compartment is achieved.
An increase in temperature speeds up the reaction rate.
An increase in temperature speeds up the reaction rate.
Centrifugal force is a problem when turning at fast speeds.
Moisture, temperature and sunlight
Sounds like an electrical problem. Only way to determine is to take it to a reputable shop and have them dignosis the problem.
Problem is likely the oxygen sensor (located on each of the exhaust manifolds). These are a common problem and can be replace by the average diy shade tree mechanic. 10 minutes each with a cool engine.
light or soundtime
It sounds like u need to replace the thermostat. At slower speeds the air flow through the radiator is minimal, but at higher speeds the air cools the radiator more. This only happens if the thermostat is not keeping the water in the engine block long enough.
Check the fans on the radiator of the 1993 E-150 Van. The fans are supposed to turn on when the engine need cooled after reaching a certain temperature. This is usually due when the car is idling at lights or driving at higher speeds.
Engine rough book
The variable intake controls the amount of air pushed through the engine in order to keep it from stalling. The laws of physics that describe Air flow at speeds below Mach 1 (speed of sound) are different for air flow at supersonic speeds. So the size and shape of the engine inlet at low speeds are different that at high speeds.
