I have a 95 pathfinder and had the same problem with fuel pump fuses blowing. It turned out to be that the fuel sending unit had to be replaced. . Try cleaning the six contacts on top of the sender unit make sure they are isolated
there is a short somewhere in dash or heater, you need to fix that to stop fuses blowing
If an oven keeps blowing fuses it points to an electrical problem. This problem could be with the oven itself, it may be something in the house. In either case, you should have the wiring checked out.

You have a bare wire that keeps shorting out & blowing the fuse, I had the same problem. The wire is the one that runs from the fuse to the fuel pump. The casing has melted away and now the wires are touching.
sounds like an electrical short. go to an auto electric shop for a proper diagnosis.
