At your local Pontiac dealer or an auto salvage yard. Check Ebay and Craigslist.org.
JC Whitney would probably be the first place I tried. Rock Auto would be second. Parts Hotlines would be third. Then I'd try Ebay Motors. Gonna be a little difficult to find a new one, and a new OEM one will be a needle in a haystack.. the H platform was produced from 1971 to 1980, so the fuel tank should be the same as the Chevy Vega, Oldsmobile Starfire, Buick Skyhawk, Pontiac Sunbird, and Pontiac Astre for those model years.
I'd say its a short in the actual circuit board of the whole unit...so i reckon just pick up a second hand one from somewhere with similar miles on it or you can take the dash apart and check all your connections at the back of the unit and see if they are loose or have become un-plugged
The 2005 Pontiac Grand Am cigarette lighter fuse can be found in the fuse box. The cigarette lighter fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the bottom.
Why wouldn't it? There is NO difference between a 1999 and a 2000, as of right this second i have a 1999 Pontiac grand am with a 3.4 liter (what your looking at right now) and built it from ground up. I know plenty about cars.
You could have a short from the controlls to the fan
when the engine start after a couple second it starts checking
It started in the Late-Third or Early-Second Millennium B.C., the actual "blowing" of glass using a tube did not occur until sometime in the First century BC.
by blowing on the conch to let everyone hear and come...most came out of curiosity of what was making the sound
so when sand is blowing sand will get on its first lid but the second makes sure it doesnt go into its eye, mlb72197
