Mine does too, I've not gotten around to making an attempt to fix it just yet, however, there is like a rubber strip on the bottom of the windshield that I think is supposed to keep the water out, well I noticed that on my Beretta, it was slightly coming off in some places, enough that I can put one to two fingers in the gap. I'm not sure what to use to seal it though.

The floor in front of your seat where you place your feet.
under driver's floor board. there is a hole in the floor to fill it.
The Battery is located in the Floor board between the driver and passenger seats, you will have to remove the rubber floor to access it. Special tools you may need are on the passenger side in the floor, where the jack is.

The hump in the floor between the driver and passenger sides is commonly called the tunnel or transmission tunnel.

more than likely the windshield is leaking and the water is running behind the dash onto the floor.
most likely cause is your heater core leaking

Answerremove the lower dash on the passenger side. This is not a fun job.
