If there is no trouble while shifting, then the problem most likely is with the ignition sequence. This could be caused by bad gasoline, a bad timing assembly or faulty spark plugs/wires.

Yes, it could be either. It could also be ignition problems, plugged fuel filter or a long list of OTHER possible problems. Don't just throw parts at it in hopes that you find the problem. Investigate and figure out what's wrong before you buy any parts.

Nobody could answer that question without looking at your car. One of the possibilities is that your car is overheating. Check the coolant. I could be wrong here but are you "kangeroo jumping" as in failing to use the clutch properly when changing gears thus the car lurches, this could be a result of a worn out clutch OR gearbox.
