They may just need the "cobwebs" worked out by using the manual "emergency" knobs located on the back of the headlight motors. You can do this by turning them on, opening the front hood, and then turning the knobs in the indicated direction. It takes a while though. If they still don't move after trying this a few times to free things and adjust the brushes, then you may need to repair, rebuild, or replace the headlight motors. F-Body cars of the same generation used the same motors, but the left/right were switched. There are several repair kits available online, as well as repair instructions. You can look on various Fiero community websites, or see what Rodney Dickman currently has available. If your headlights wont come up when you turn the lights on then you will have to "turn" them up manually.......look under your front end for the box that controls your flip up headlights and find where you need to turn/crank to get them to come up manually. Remember though, they will be up permanently unless you crank them up and then back down all the time.
