They may just need the "cobwebs" worked out by using the manual "emergency" knobs located on the back of the headlight motors. You can do this by turning them on, opening the front hood, and then turning the knobs in the indicated direction. It takes a while though. If they still don't move after trying this a few times to free things and adjust the brushes, then you may need to repair, rebuild, or replace the headlight motors. F-Body cars of the same generation used the same motors, but the left/right were switched. There are several repair kits available online, as well as repair instructions. You can look on various Fiero community websites, or see what Rodney Dickman currently has available. I'm not going to link anywhere because I don't know if it will violate the terms of usage here, but try searching on the web. Good luck!
check fuses and connections at the headlights and the switch in the dash, make sure your headlights are good ;-) that's a start...
Replace the slow headlight motor.

A couple of possible reasons why your headlights don't light up: 1. Both headlights are burned out. 2. The headlight switch has gone bad. 3. There is a wiring problem.
the coolant capaci of a fiero is comparable to a large pick-up truck... about 4 gall.
The O2 sensor is in the down tube just in front of the transmission on the drivers side. I have changed it from the top, Trust me, it's worth jacking the car up and replacing from below.
If your headlights wont come up when you turn the lights on then you will have to "turn" them up manually.......look under your front end for the box that controls your flip up headlights and find where you need to turn/crank to get them to come up manually. Remember though, they will be up permanently unless you crank them up and then back down all the time.
Just pull the parking brake up one click. It won't engage the brake, but it bypasses the headlights.
the dash and radio lights are supposed to dim when the headlights come on. Make sure you have the brightness of the dash lights turned up as much as possible.
Stuck shut will set a code eventually, but very occasionally Stuck open idle poor, poor fuel economy, engine will speed up id one spark plug disconnected.
