We need more info. Is he a real sweety? Does he ignore you? Does he respond to calls/email/text/im? If he is not seeing you and him together in the future, I think that you MAYBE should give him a little more bait, and if he still doesn't take it, leave him. Sorry hun. If he doesn't see you together, he might just want you for the sex. How long have the two of you been together, and what haas he done to past girlfriends? It is not good to be with a guy who just goes through girls.

Being in a relationship at the one year mark doesn't mean that you should get engaged or live together, but both people should be on the same level about where they'd like to be in another 2-3 years---if they believe in marriage, if they prefer cohabitation or plan on keeping separate residences.
The fact that he doesn't think of your future together indicates that he is basically keeping his options open at this point. It may simply be that your relationship has run its course and that you two have outgrown eachother.
