Since some people are too stupid to be useful when answering a question I will PROPERLY answer your question. There is no fuse to control the difference between your high and low beams. Although the bulbs may look O.K. I can assure you that the element that works your low beams is burned out. Either that or you have improper bulbs installed and need to double check and be sure you get the correct bulb for your vehicle. You can do this by asking an auto parts store to look it up for you or going to a dealership and asking them to do it for you.
