There could be several problems including a faulty thermostat, low coolant, a bad water pump, or an operable radiator, or leaky hoses. Narrow these down and you should be able to find the problem.

either you have blockage in the cooling line or your catalytic converter is having a constipation problem from blockage also

I would be concerned water in the oil. If that is the case you have a major problem. Does the car over heat?
