If you dont..then its a relay fault or break in the wiring inside the door somewhere ( unlikely but can happen ) If you do get voltage ( battery voltage ) - then the fault is either the motor itself or the motor is jammed or the workings... Try the motor then off the door - but remember it wont have the load of the window - but try it... if it doesn't work - then you need a new motor and mech..
