Probably a coil breaking down, but might be spark plug wires.

there's so many things it could be, but I would probably start with changing the fuel filter, and see where that leaves you.

dear people of the us rough can be a behavior or u can feel i I will tell u the behavior first then the feeling then the feeling. The behavior rough means like playing a little to rowdy and mean. when to little boys r having a wrestling match they may be a little bit rough so u will tell them to stop hurting each other and being rough and rowdy. I think your problem is either in high voltage cables or in the ignition coils. Since you have two ignition coils for 4 cylinders and missfire in one, the problem is in the cables.
