Your cat is sick at least once a month vets say he has sensitive stomach and put him on a special diet this has not worked he is still sick once a month like clock work could it be something else?

cats vomit more than most animals, could be his drinking water, most likely it's a stomach thing, if the diet doesn't work, stop doing it. see the vet again and tell him that he sucks and should try again.
