Your computer has a black screen so you have changed the CPU and the memory you have also changed the monitor and the harddrive and am still getting a black screen with no beeps?

I would try changing the video card. This would have been the next logical step after changing the monitor. Unless it is possible to change the cable between the monitor and video card in which case the next step would have been to change the cable.
