Your computer used to have word perfect with templates and ideas about writing it was factory installed any way you lost it how do you locate it this computer is windows XP?

You can try doing a search for "Word Perfect" in all files or folders. Go to Start > Search, and type that in.
If that doesn't work, check out C:\Program Files\ for a folder called Word Perfect Office 12 or something similar. If that file doesn't exist, chances are you no longer have it installed on your computer. It's likely your manufacturer has included a CD with the software that was pre-installed on your computer. Check that CD and see if it includes Word Perfect. If not, contact your manufacturer and see if they can send you the CD for it (provided you have a proof of purchase, like the service tag of your computer for Dell computers).
