check fuses then check burned out bulbs, also there's a little side scrolling switch that adjusts the brightness, you may check that, it's by the headlight switch
If none of your dash lights work ( dash, oil pressure, oil temp, cigarett lighter control, and instrument cluster back lighting) check gray striped wire in molex plug in back of fuse box. Move wires slightly with your finger if you get lights to come on. unplug connector may have to slightly bend the connector so it fits tighter on pin this was my problem. if you take the lower dash out makes the job a whole lot easier!
