Idk if the GT is set up differently than a GS, but... Check if your passenger side front marker light, and passenger side rear taillight are out too. If they are, it's a fuse. The fuse is located under the hood on the driver side in the fuse/relay box. Take the cover off. In the middle row, you'll see 2 7.5 amp fuses nex to each other. One controls the driver side lights, and the other controls the dash, and passenger side lights. This was the issue in my '02 GS.
dude....you dont want to do that...unless you want your dash lights not to work...
i dont no
4x4 dash lights on a Dodge Durango don't work
check fuse
If all the dash lights are out then there is two causes for this. The first is all the fuses have blown the other is the relay for the dashboard lights has went out.
my headlights work but my taillights and dash light dont work whats wrong
Start with new fuses...
Order a replacement Toyota 4-runner....!!!
you have a blown fuse, look in your owners manual and it will show you the fuses location.
i have a 2002 Eclipse RS 4cyl model and my dash lights havent worked in forever. i believe they went out when i had around 60k miles on the car. if you figure out why they arent working please email me and let me know also! my email address is GetEclipsed@aol.com
Check the fuses.
turn the knob on the left side of the steering wheel on the dash. It will brighten the dash, and radio lights by turning it to the right and it will dim the lights by turning it to the left.
