Not likely as they're 2 totally different bodystyles
Check the fuse for the instrument lights, it may be blown. Another possibility is that you have inadvertently turned the instrument lights off. You can Rotate the headlight switch to adjust the instrument light brightness or to turn them off altogether.

Under the dash and to the left of the steering column.
Remove the whole front panel, and get a manual on how to re-do the whole dash interior.
Check your fuses again-use test light. Almost always seems to be a fuse when both tail lights and dash lights aren't working at same time. If that fails, check headlight switch

If there is no light at all in whole dash. first check the fuse second check the headlight control switch.
It is under the dash on the driver's side between the steering wheel and the kick panel.
Perhaps one from a contemporary Cadillac DeVille or Fleetwood may work, those are about the closest equivalents.
All lights are fused except for the headlights and the switch has a built in circuit breaker.The fuse panel is under the dash to the left of the steering column.
